• Erosion Control for multiple Residential and Commercial Developments including Issaquah Highlands, Tehalah,etc.

• Engineered, Developed, and Built a 116 lot, 40 lot and 20 lot Mobile Housing Unit Parks in Alexander, ND – with a6-month timeline
• Performed Site Development and Infrastructure including a 24 acre Truckstop, multiple PADs for sale offices andoutbuildings in Alexander Energy Park, ND
• Performed mass grading and installed rural water for 16 lots, and installed a 70’ by 30’ electronic billboard inWestwood Industrial Park, ND
